Head and neck cancer has been increasing at an alarming rate for the past 10 years. The exact cause of cancer initiation is yet not known but many environmental as well as genetic factors do contribute in its pathogenesis. The current book is aimed at analyzing the role of two genes (GSTM1 and GSTT1) in the etiology of head and neck cancer initiation. The book is very helpful for designing a gene therapy and also a diagnostic test for head and neck cancer.
