Taiping Cui received his Ph.D. in Information and Communication Engineering from Inha University, South Korea, in 2015. Currently, he is an assistant professor with Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China. His research interests include cognitive radio, cooperative communication, 5G and V2X.
