Haka Tours is a tour operator that offers guided tours for every budget and time period; from a short six day travel around the subtropical Northland region to a 30 day tour. The company wants to target Dutch and German markets. This research creates an insight into these markets and is produced for this purpose. The data is used to create a marketing plan that is currently used by this tour company.

Ralph van den Broeck has a bachelor degree in Leisure Management and did his internship for graduation at Haka Tours. He is currently studying for his Master degree in Business Communication and Digital Media at Tilburg University, The Netherlands. He is also the project leader Web & Media at the Dutch student organisation Kweek Communicatie.
