Wolfgang Kawollek ist ehemaliger Technischer Leiter der Botanischen Lehr- und Versuchsanlagen der Universität Kassel sowie Autor zahlreicher Bücher. Er betreut das Ulmer Gärtner-Azubikolleg und ist Experte für Aus- und Weiterbildung.
