Colorectal cancer is one of the most common cancers and the risk to humans. Unfortunately, the incidence of this cancer is increasing every day and the mortality rate of this cancer is on the rise. Do the medical community has not developed a cure for this cancer. Hope in the near future gene therapy to help accelerate cancer treatment. In this study, a number of genes that play a role in human colorectal cancer was evaluated. In this book a number of genetic mutations that create the most important cause of colorectal cancer were evaluated in humans And molecular analysis of each of them represents a common factor in most of the world is this cancer.
