The Book provides an insight in to International and Indian Laws governing Some of the Important Areas of Science and Technology such as, Sustainable Development, Biotechnology, Forensic Science, Nuclear Technology, Data Protection etc. The book is the result of more than a five years of research in the subject area, including three years of teaching the subject of Law Science and Technology to LLM students.
Autorenportrait
Author is Assistant Professor and has been teaching the subject of Law Science Technology which is part of curriculum of PG course (LLM) of Pune University. Author has also completed his PhD research in the area of International Commercial Arbitration and has published more than 25 research papers. This is the first book written by the author.
