Today's astronauts require many different abilities. An aerospace research scientist specializing in space life sciences and physiology, Dr Seedhouse was an Astronaut Training Consultant and wrote the Spaceflight Participants Flight Surgeons Manual for Bigelow Aerospace in 2005.
