It explores a representative case study on the Rule of Law in Yuhang District of Hangzhou City, assesses the progress made and remaining problems in the implementation of these systems, and puts forward suggestions on how they could be improved in the future.

Lin LI,one of the editors of this book, is director as well as researcher and tutor of doctorate of Institute of Law, CASS. His major research areas are Jurisprudence, Legislation, Constitutional Law, and Comparative Law, especially the theory of Human Rights and Rule of Law, theory of Constitutionalism and Democracy. He published more than 160 articles, and submitted more than 60 confidential research reports.
