The advantages that online classes offer, such as flexibility of time, place and learning time, meet the needs generated by the lifestyle of most people, in which there is less time left to move to a classroom and meet fixed schedules. Online classes are part of teaching or distance education, which is a mode of teaching that takes place totally or partially in a virtual environment, through videos, ebooks and other digital materials. In several countries, including Brazil, universities and schools have transferred their classes to online platforms. Given that students will be away from classrooms indefinitely, it is essential to create strategies to ensure that they can continue learning in a healthy and viable way during the crisis.
