Beschreibung
The medical management of MultiDrug-Resistant Tuberculosis (MDR-TB) has become a major public health issue. The outbreak of this form of tuberculosis is partly due to anemia and micronutient essentiel deficiency observed in MDR-TB patients. In order to improve the medical management of these patients, it is therefore necessary to define the characteristics of this anemia and the micronutrient statut. The main objective of this study was to investigate the biochemical and haematological markers of iron metabolism and micronutrient statut in patients with multidrug- resistant tuberculosis in Ivory coast.
