This study focus on process of cultural adaptation of Somali immigrants arrived in greater Boston MA the years 2000-2009. What difficulties they face on access healthcare in the United Sates, and opportunity of education, they can assimilated and easier to adopt this new Environment. This study recognizes certain issues need to focus, such as; the improvement of Medical interpreters in professional standard providing training and access of medical Information to the local communities. The study found that Somali immigrants were lack in Healthcare information at the United States This study sought to determine whether the Somali immigrants can still preserve and maintain Their culture in America that seems so distant from what they know Their new surroundings in order to give the next generation a chance a better life, questions arise About how or will American education adjust to this new cultural and healthcare challenges they Faced, data gathered in open ended questions through surveys, interviews with families, social workers and agencies, it collected firsthand information on strengthens and weakness of actual resettlement experiences in acculturates
