Protein kinases are among the most common cellular regulatory components of signal transduction processes in plants. They are implicated in the regulation of cell differentiation, growth and development in plant system. This book summarized the distinctive functional roles of protein kinases in plant metabolism system. Different types of protein kinases in various organisms are also discussed in this book.
Autorenportrait
The author was graduated with B.Sc. Microbial Tech & Bioprocessing and M.Sc. Fermentation Tech & Bioprocessing Eng. from University Putra Malaysia. In 2011, she obtained PhD from Monash University (Aus) in Biochemistry & Cell Biology. She has been involved in teaching & research of xylanase production and molecular studies of protein kinases.
