This is the first of a series of six related books on the gradual development of community radio policy in Bangladesh.

Wilson Okaka is a communication professional trained from Uganda, UK, Italy, Sweden, and USA. He worked as an OD Advisor (Communication Strategy), Bangladesh NGOs' Network for Radio and Communication (Dhaka). Prof. Okaka has been to African, Asian, American, and European countries for studies, research, conferences, and work.
