Beschreibung

In this book the implementation of a natural language processing tool using the Stanford CoreNLP framework is described. With today's rising demand for natural language processing capability in consumer electronics, this book shows how industrial diagnosis applications can also benefit from language processing. Based on a cognitive architecture for cyber-physical systems, three main points are shown. Firstly, how language in the industrial context is parsed using techniques such as part-of-speech tagging, regular expressions, and classification. Secondly, how the information contained in a natural language text can be represented in semantic frames by using slots in order to formalise it. Thirdly, the design of the user interface and its use on a demonstration platform to present and validate results.
